This had way more action and way more blood and gore than the 1982 version, it kicked the crap out of it.

Mark (1 out of 10 )
One of the worst movies I've seen in my life.

Rebecca (1 out of 10 )
Worst dialogue ever. The female lead was so boring and way too contemporary for her part. A total waste of Jason Mamoa's time.

John-James Glass (10 out of 10 )
Don't listen to Mark or Rebecca, the movie is brilliant, I enjoyed it.

Alexander (2 out of 10 )
Anyone who says this movie's better than the original is retarded. Remember the Bad### original narrator? He was replaced with MORGAN FREEMAN who sounds like Bill Cosby throughout the movie.

Mike (2 out of 10 )
They established like half a dozen interesting villains, work hard to make you hate them, succeed, and then Conan kills each one seemingly without effort. We don't even get to learn their damn names! And then the bad guy gets the uber-mask and it does NOTHING. It's a total macguffin. The lead female was somehow less interesting than a sack of flour, and the plot was too. Big for Conan stories.

Why are you people commenting on the movie and not the script? The draft here has nothing to do with the final product we got in theaters. I think this draft is actually much better than the final script that was filmed.

Neal (1 out of 10 )
The 1982 was much better. The dialogue, narrator, story, plot, tone, scoring, acting were all on point in the original. This project everything is rushed, no time for story nor characters to develop, there's no connection to the viewers. Jason choses were to comedic for my taste. Conan is not comedic character not even in the comics. A lot more action but probably too much. This is the wrong depiction a great classic! Some times classics need to be left alone.
